Avoid buying online!!!!!
I wish I read the reviews before buying online from Leroy. The service is non existent, my order is somewhere but nobody knows where and when it will be delivered. Call center feedback is just sorry sorry sorry…. Even wonder if this company cares about their reputation and customer service.

Unprofessional Service
I purchased a package deal from Builders Warehouse that included a generator and an electrician to install the changeover and provide a COC. The communication has been shocking and the electrician’s competence is unacceptable. I called six times today to speak to someone and no answer on number provided. The installation still not done, leaving me without a working changeover and no clear timeline for a fix. I have never experienced this level of service — unresponsive, unprofessional, and unreliable. I expect a prompt resolution: a qualified electrician to complete the job correctly and the promised COC.

Harrasment
This company is harassing me! They phone constantly and when you answer the call drops. They have the wrong cell phone number looking for a Daniel Nthabaleng and explained to them it is a wrong number. Phoned them several times to stop and remove my number but the continue with the harassment!!! Most *********** firm and staff I have ever encountered.
