I have received no feedback or outcome of my complaint, received a email from Zukiswa Mhlobo Legal Correspondence and complaints Administrator on 20260309 and responded with the necessary information that was requested and to dated no feedback at all. On 20260319 received the following sms from Mbd Acc stable. R1500 payment on 31 March keeps this asset file out of the Magistrate Court. My original agreement is R300.

I had a credit card account to payoff with them, which I paid every month. Last week I have settled the account, and now I am struggling to get my paid up letter from then, and to update my credit profile. I have phoned everyday,send emails, with NO response at all.

This is the most annoying company ever - they keep calling me and I've told them many times that i am not the person they are looking for - the person has made an arrangement with them, yet they still call nonstop and harass me. when you ask them questions they simply drop the call

Can you please sort out your system and stop calling me every day. I have a standing arrangement with you and honouring it every month. Secondly impersonating Vodacom with your call holding service is a ******** offence and misleading the called party.

I have a vodacom account with you guys that i am not receiving statements for. Also why on my credit profile does it show that the account is "handed over", shouldnt it have been updated to say that its with you now and no longer with Vodacom and reflect that i've been paying. Please contact me and send me statements. Whenever i request a call or call your agents drop the call IMMEDIATELY. Please call me and assist urgently.

Remove my number from all your systems immediately. If the calls do not stop, I will escalate this matter to the Information Regulator."

Overpayed on an account. Despite them acknowleding the issue, its been 6 months of emails with no proper response from them. Every time they request the same information previously supp****. Absolute nightmare dealing with them.
