keep on getting calls and sms after i said sent me an email ,no reply and after 1 month still no reply .after the first email they confirm of email and will atend within 72 hours still no such luck. after second email i reply on amount i can afford to pay and they not even reply on that mail.si its now 3 month so looks like you just want to waist time and dont need payment from me

Mbd it's a ****,I told them to deduct their money on the 27th May 2026 but they deducted on the 26th May 2026,my finchoice account its not closed still the same,now when I try to log in in my mbd account it's says the account it's exist,they took the wrong money ,m trying to call nd WhatsApp them ,but got no help be careful, when this people call you don't give full information about your pay date

This company is all about bullying! Harassing customers nonstop daily with 5+ calls EVERY day!! All they can do is sending emails with threatening and bullying letters for customer so called “urgent attention” (which is a non responsive email address)!! I have proof of numerous emails daily send to them to queries email address as well as CS regulators email address with NO response received ever!!! Seems like they are hiding from all communications in writing! So clever of MBD! This way they can just keep on with harassment & bullying to customers with non stop calls anytime of the day or week which causes collection charges increased to their clients for so called “debt recovery charges”. First company EVER who is refusing to correspond back to any queries in writing. Poor call centre people also complained about no help from office staff to respond to customers in writing or even reply to any emails. All they must do is call the whole day to increase charges and get all the frustration of customers who is being ignore in writing, bul**** and harassed by mbd. Its time for CFDC and NCR to look into MBD.

I have emailed them back to say please check your info as you are contacting the wrong person. They do not reply. I called them. They cannot find our details on their system and there is no reference number on the mail, yet they keep emailing us for an account or whatever we do not owe. We are not who you are looking for. Wake up.

Absolutely appealing I have been receiving phones calls everyday for the past 3 weeks more than 5 a day! They are looking for someone else and every time I tell them they have the wrong person and to please take my number off their system they say they will. I still receive phone calls I have emailed them! I have asked way to politely for someone who is being harrassed on the daily more than 5 times a day! This has to stop NOW!!!

I have be trying to get my credit profile updated since I paid up my account in February. I have been sent from pillar to post and promised my account will be cleared but it has not been done. I lodged a dispute with Experian however MBD chose to ignore Experian until and my account could not be cleared. The timeframe as per NCR has been exhausted yet no one cares to update my account costing me business opportunities.

So once again I get a summons telling me I owe money. They dont reply to emails and you cant phone them. The calls get ended. I've previously refused to answer their calls. I'll only answer to their whatsapps and emails cause then I have proof of what was said. So now they keep on sending emails and sms's threatening legal action but they do not reply when I try and sort this out. So tired of this company

I paid on the 8 may but I'm still waiting for my paid up letter, and another thing I gave them my banking details to deduct on the 27 but suddenly they are deducting from the 22nd which will make unnecessary charges to my account
