Paid up account not cleared since February 2026
I have be trying to get my credit profile updated since I paid up my account in February. I have been sent from pillar to post and promised my account will be cleared but it has not been done. I lodged a dispute with Experian however MBD chose to ignore Experian until and my account could not be cleared. The timeframe as per NCR has been exhausted yet no one cares to update my account costing me business opportunities.1 reply
