Absolutely appealing I have been receiving phones calls everyday for the past 3 weeks more than 5 a day! They are looking for someone else and every time I tell them they have the wrong person and to please take my number off their system they say they will. I still receive phone calls I have emailed them! I have asked way to politely for someone who is being harrassed on the daily more than 5 times a day! This has to stop NOW!!!
I enquired about services with webafrica in the beginning of December, in that process they took my banking details in order for me to make a profile with them. I never ordered with webafrica and to this day in fact not gotten any service from them. Thus far they have taken 2 debit orders from me and I have to reverse them. 1- I HAVE TO PAY FOR EVERY DEBIT ORDER I REVERSED!!!! 2- IT LOOKS VERY BAD ON MY CREDIT SCORE!!!!! Do not do any service with them! All they do is ***** your money!
Worst call centre agents, worst service, no one is of help they are forever investigating no one knows what is going on
My entire family has been members of planet fitness for some time now, we all (5) got covid 19 and my father did not make it. he was the one paying for our memberships. We contacted Planet Fitness explaining due to us ALL being in the hospital we are not allowed to exercise for 6 months and without my dad's income we will not be able too pay for a membership that we would not be using. They have been calling me non-stop every single day for 3 months and making treats, The last person to call me 05/10/2021 (12:13 PM) was so extremely rude when I tried to explain the situation to her, she is not even calling from planet Fitness but a debt collection company. How is this justified? i have received sms's stating that I will be listed on ITC again more treats.
I am absolutely appalled with the bad service that i have received from Vodacom for 7 Months now. My contract with Vodacom has expired in August 2016 I phoned every week for 3 weeks before expiry date to make sure that they cancel my contract, next month comes and my debit order goes off, i phone yet again and the very rude and arrogant call center agent tells me I should of phone on the date of expiry, I tried to keep my cool as the angrier you get the less service you receive, the next month the debit order goes off again and I phone again, the call center agent then is trying to make a sale off of me and as yet I was already not one of the happiest people, I finally gave up as phoning so many times asking to speak to a supervisor on floor and them telling me they will phone me back and they never do. To make a long story short I then was retrenched from my Job in December 2016 and couldn't make a payment, the then harass me every single day calling more then 20 times a day and then blocked my phone! This is really really appalling and being a customer of Vodacom for as long as I can remember having a phone I will never in my life go back to vodacom again, and I want them to blacklist me because I will fight that battle! on their own website they don't even have a complaints email address they have an alternative route where you should call them, of course for you not to have a paper trail and not a foot to stand on! Never again! they are just crooks and money hungry!
I have requested a statement on monday morning 9 october 2017 as i do not receive my statements monly as i am in my full right to receive, they told me it will take 5 min , and i received nothing i sent an email and no reply, i phone again on tuesday morning 10 october 2017 i give them 2 separate email addresses and yet again they say it will take 5 min i received nothing i phoned this morning yet again requesting it 11 october 2017, same story 5 min and 2 email addresses, and to my surprise NOTHING i then contact again at 4pm the person whom i was talking to acted like i was stupid and never worked on email in my life and said yet again 5 min and i even gave him a different email address completely different to the 2 previous ones and still nothing i also sent yet another email and u can guess nothing. I feel this service is completely ridiculous and i would never recommend anyone to work through Homechoice !
