If you don't receive replies on your emails - check the details of the client
These people are ridiculous. We keep receiving emails from them with an attachment we cannot open as they obviously have the wrong person. I have emailed them back to say please check your info as you are contacting the wrong person. They do not reply. I called them. They cannot find our details on their system and there is no reference number on the mail, yet they keep emailing us for an account or whatever we do not owe. We are not who you are looking for. Wake up.

Excellent service
I ordered a gazebo from them online. My delivery was scheduled for the same week. Prompt delivery. Very good communication. I will order from them again for sure. Very satisfied.

Irritated customer
I bought two mattress and base sets last year Aug. Queen size mattress faulty. The steel frame of the mattress bulges on the corners. Base is noisy after less than a year. I reported it to the store. I had to send them photos of the defects. They notified me that the set (base and mattress) will be collected and redelivered same day. I assumed they will do it in one delivery but no, their policy is to collect the set, take it to their warehouse for evaluation and only then deliver (if they find it can be replaced) the replacement set to you. No one explains it to you like this. You find this out on the day when the truck shows up empty and the driver tells you the new set is on a different truck. I wasted a whole planned day as I am forced to wait for this delivery and no one let's you know what eta to expect. I am so irritated.
