Mbd refusing to answer emails or calls being dropped
So once again I get a summons telling me I owe money. They dont reply to emails and you cant phone them. The calls get ended. I've previously refused to answer their calls. I'll only answer to their whatsapps and emails cause then I have proof of what was said. So now they keep on sending emails and sms's threatening legal action but they do not reply when I try and sort this out. So tired of this company

MBD harassment
I've complained so many times about this company. They only stop harassing me for a couple of weeks and then they start again. Even phoning me looking for other people and asking for info on other people which is against the POPI act. Cant they see my number is for me only? How can they assume its for other people as well? And even if I tell them today its the wrong number, they'll just phone again tomorrow. I received another letter telling me I havent paid in Dev 2023. Which I obviously did. And when I asked them this morning why did I get a letter if I already paid, they reply they are confused as to how I pay. And so rude. And this is after so many arrangements. They are imcompetent for an attorney firm. Im lodging complaints now against them. Tired of being harassed for actually paying my debt. If they cant work with accounts and cant figure out how payments I've done in a year, it makes me wonder what kind of a company employs people like that?

So tired of harrasment
Im so tired of being harassed by these people. Every day a different person phones to make different arrangements. Always, sorry the previous person that phoned made a mistake, the technicians send the wrong letter. And and and. Half the time the lines are so bad you cant hear what they say. And apparently all calls are recorded. But no one knows what exactly is going on. Yes, I pay every month. Whenever you phone and ask to speak to the last person you spoke to, you get told that their people work from home and you cant speak to them. Sick and tired of this. Think the next step would be the Ombudsman....

Terrible service!
It doesn't matter how well you pay or that you have a debit order. They still threaten with legal action every month. Even when my salary is paid in late and I phone to make arrangements for a re-submittance, they still send messages and emails threatening with legal action saying you have to pay more than the original agreement. And when you phone them, they say they can see you aren't behind on payments. But its still not good enough. And they just keep on billing you for all the emails and messages making ypur account higher and higher. And then they say its interest....
