This company is all about bullying! Harassing customers nonstop daily with 5+ calls EVERY day!! All they can do is sending emails with threatening and bullying letters for customer so called “urgent attention” (which is a non responsive email address)!! I have proof of numerous emails daily send to them to queries email address as well as CS regulators email address with NO response received ever!!! Seems like they are hiding from all communications in writing! So clever of MBD! This way they can just keep on with harassment & bullying to customers with non stop calls anytime of the day or week which causes collection charges increased to their clients for so called “debt recovery charges”. First company EVER who is refusing to correspond back to any queries in writing. Poor call centre people also complained about no help from office staff to respond to customers in writing or even reply to any emails. All they must do is call the whole day to increase charges and get all the frustration of customers who is being ignore in writing, bul**** and harassed by mbd. Its time for CFDC and NCR to look into MBD.
