This company is all about bullying! Harassing customers nonstop daily with 5+ calls EVERY day!! All they can do is sending emails with threatening and bullying letters for customer so called “urgent attention” (which is a non responsive email address)!! I have proof of numerous emails daily send to them to queries email address as well as CS regulators email address with NO response received ever!!! Seems like they are hiding from all communications in writing! So clever of MBD! This way they can just keep on with harassment & bullying to customers with non stop calls anytime of the day or week which causes collection charges increased to their clients for so called “debt recovery charges”. First company EVER who is refusing to correspond back to any queries in writing. Poor call centre people also complained about no help from office staff to respond to customers in writing or even reply to any emails. All they must do is call the whole day to increase charges and get all the frustration of customers who is being ignore in writing, bul**** and harassed by mbd. Its time for CFDC and NCR to look into MBD.
No need to warn people not to use GFS express because Temu select them as the courier service they are partnering with!! Most *********** lying company in South Africa‼️ Once your parcel end up with them you are stuck in a web of lies!! Most *********** company ever, clearly have staff who never worked in this industry before. Their whole system suck because they dont have a system. Staff cant even assist, they know nothing and is not trained. So everybody is just thumb sucking for answers if you phone them. Even their own drivers is full of lies. They NEVER contact clients but will fail most orders with the excuse: “cant get hold of clients”. Its been like this for 2 years and its not changing!! Only way temu will do something about it will be if people block them. I think its time for Carte blanche to investigate GFS Express!!! More than enough complaints to do investigation!! You can never get hold of them, they hide all their addresses and no emails available or at least staff to handle complaints and problems (because there is too many). Thats why they are hiding their so called pretoria warehouse in Silvertondale area for no customers to know where they hide with all the parcels.

Boikot Temu!!!!!!!!! They dont assist with any problems to solve delivery issues with their GFS express deliveries company (chosen by Temu) which is unreliable, ***********, dishonest liers!!!!! They dont deliver and just keep on putting notes “they cant get hold of customers”. The drivers and staff are lying!! I’ve placed over hundred orders with temu over a long period, the same issues with GFS express couriers!!! Can never get hold of them on only 1 phone number they have, NO email address, no company address (🚩 🚩)!!! if you get hold of them they refuse to give an address!! Why??? This company must be ******* thats why they dont care about their horrible service!!! Be careful of Temu to place any orders , they are linked!!!!! If you are looking for a job with your best skill to be a lier, apply for a job at GFS express!!
Most horrible poor service, unreliable, lying company. This company should rather stop doing business as they are too ***********. They receive parcels from overseas companies and keep it for a minimum of a week before delivery (if you are lucky). No communication. Lying with updates. Most of their orders is failed-rescheduled with customers (lies) they were never even packed or on their way for delivery and nobody re-arranged with me. I promise you can try to contact them, after 40+ efforts you will be lucky to get hold of them. This is shocking how they operate, on google reviews you can also read the review status in general-its horrible to read about this company and how they operate! If you have a choice, DONT use GFS!!!
