I am all for job creation and people becoming their own bosses, but I would like to ask, how did you guys get this contract when you have no customer service. I had to travel from my house to the police station. A trip that would under normal circumstances take me 10 minutes took twice as long and I had to spent a R20 on picking up 1 item and that item does not even mean anything to me. How silly is that. I will never buy from Temu again because your company cannot deliver. The person I had to pick up from omw... out of his boot at the police station. Are you serious guys???

Pathetic service! Courier driver could not give me the courtesy of a few minutes waiting while i tried to get out of the shower as they always pitch up at the most inconvenient time and rescheduled my delivery. I sat the entire day yesterday again waiting for the parcel, 2 phone calls also to Fastway with the assurance that its out for delivery and NOTHING. Now on day 3 of waiting and a chat to an agent via whatsapp and website only to get an "apology" from Beverley and a "i will contact the driver" vs the agent on whatsapp who didn't even give me their name after i asked for it. Fastway seems to be really poor in service delivery these days - i would swear you were a state owned enterprise. Really disgusted with the service or better yet lack thereof.

Fastway courier Rustenburg is the worst ever courier company and it's not the first time the let me down , have been waiting for my parcel since 12 March 2026 when it arrived in Rustenburg, yesterday 16 March I was told it's out for delivery, no problem but then message me at 17H00 that the parcel is taken back and will be delivered today, to put your lif on hold for two days because of a delivery service is unacceptable. The site to pay for a Temu VAT and Duty cost (acspay.co.za) is a known phishing site and Fastaway does not provide any alternative to pay this. Their Live Chat is in fact a useless bot....

My package has been in transit for 12 days. At this point it has been in transit longer than most international flights, several moon missions, and my will to continue contacting Fastway. And contact them I have tried. The WhatsApp bot collects your details with great enthusiasm and then disappears — much like the parcel. The phone line rings into what I can only describe as the void. Two support channels. Zero humans. Not one. I’m not angry. I’m impressed. It takes genuine organisational commitment to be this unreachable. Most companies fail at customer service by accident. Fastway appears to have built it into the infrastructure. 0/5. My parcel is gone. Your reputation should be too.

Fastway is the worst- We don't usually use fastway as there is always a problem. We sent out a package with fastway via bobgo - with automatic liability of R1000 cover. The client reached out 14 days after placing her order stating she did not receive it. When we checked, the package shows delivered however there is no POD. Fastway is claiming they cannot trace the package nor find the POD for it, however they will not accept a claim as it the claim wasn't submitted 48 hours after delivery. How was the client supposed to notify us of a delivery issue if she did not receive the package to begin with? She did not receive any communication that the package was "delivered", in order to notify that it was not delivered to her. I do not know how fastway is still in business as the level of service is pathetic.
