Appalling Service from Fastway Durban

Absolutely pathetic service. I was expected to receive my parcel last week, but all I seem to get are excuses! The most recent update was on the 22nd of May, it reads "Return to Sender - your parcel has been returned to sender as we are unable to affect delivery".

And to think delivery was not even attempted! I have called numerous times, the office staff are just as *********** as the drivers. It was due for delivery in Durban, yet it was scanned in Pietermaritzburg and then I'm told it was also scanned in Durban. How?! That is not logistically possible. But still there's no answer as to where exactly my parcel is, the driver says he cannot remember if he logged it back at the depot. These are the kind of people we trust to handle our important packages, the lack of accountability is quite scary.

Really disappointed in the level of service that I've received! Not even worthy of a single star! Do better!
