Extremely disappointed with the standard of service provided by Gahle Wireless. Signal strength had been weakening the entire day, queried it and was given the runaround to reboot my router for no apparent reason, later received a message that evening saying services have been restored. Only for me to wake up to the WiFi signal being completely off the next morning. Clients are sent the same recycled message about "service degradation" (if such a thing even exists). No turnaround time provided, instead messages are just left on read. Queried it again and now there's a different issue. Is this the way to treat clients? But the client pays a date late and they're cut off from the service. It's almost as if they deliberately cut off the service every 2 or 3 days in the month. Absolutely displeasing to deal with considering most people rely on the service to work from home and it puts them in an unnecessary position to have to purchase data. Management needs to kindly do better!
If it were up to me, this company would get no stars. An absolutely pathetic service provider. I have been using them since 2017 & off lately the service has been terrible. The speed has decreased to a point where I can't even download something that's 7MB without it taking at least half an hour to complete. YouTube on my Smart TV is always throttling. Zoom meeting refuse to connect which put me in an unnecessary expense to purchase data to continue with these meetings. I can't even make use of a single device without being interrupted by the signal strength. The signal continuously switches off and on. When I query this, there always seems to be a maintenance issue at the towers or my dish is apparently not aligned. Don't get me started on the poor response time. Different excuses, every single time. I can't begin to count the number of times I have had a technician come over & it was always a different story. After having referred at least 5 clients to them in the past, I will never recommend this company to anyone else. You're promised so much but service delivery is something else. Why pay for something that you can make no use of? Ridiculous! I will be switching over to a better service provider who actually delivers. We're encouraged to support small businesses to help them grow but I see no point in supporting a business who never delivers. Being a customer for the past few years, I find it appalling that this is happening. It seems that the company just needed to grow their clientele & when they eventually did, they became content with offering their older clients pathetic service as such. I am utterly dissatisfied!
