Placed an order on the 8th november 2025 and it said i can pick up between 10th to 20th. When i went to pick it up on the 11th, the order is not ready for pick up nor on showing on the system and there is nothing they can do yet their policy says if you order before 12pm you get it the following day. Im very disappointed as i wanted those things urgently. When i tried to cancel the order it shows i must cancel items 1 by 1 and some cant be canceled. I left the store ****ed paid for orders you cant get. My first and last time at Makro cape gate
My husband booked a bus today on the 7th 4pm from east London to cape town ,but now it's almost 8pm and it has not arrived.the last communication he received was that it may arrive around 7pm. I'm really worried about his safety as he is waiting at train station.
We went for grocery shopping around about closing time, we shopped and saw a special of brown sugar for R49.99 but the was no sugar there and the special was valid till 1 January 2024. I ask a lady working on isles she said its out of stock there is nothing they can do, i requested for a manager who then said its out of stock and it while stock last but that is not written on the special. We were doing back and forth giving me attitude she ended up saying she will refer me to a manager as she is not, they all have no name tags but this one was called 'aunt Sara. For about 10 minutes waiting for her she didn't return everyone was looking at us as if we stole something. We finally saw them standing at the door of their office pointing at us but they didn't come to us. We decided to go to them after our purchases. We found them busy with their truck delivery stuff, apparently aunt Sara told her but she was still busy but finally they assisted us and gave us the sugar but after all the drama and the time.
We had a splendid time, the place is clean and welcoming, the staff are excellent with their smiles and ready ness to assist. Yhooo the presentation of the food i so enjoyed their chocolate milkshake. I told the we are definitely coming back. I don't have their details as i was not the one who made the booking.
I had a great experience, from the water who was nice and gave us a great service. I loved their meals.
My mom went to fit clothes then Pat shouted her saying 'you can't just go inside the fitting room as If its your house,get out of there'. When other customers trying to tell her tht she was rude, she didn't listen but continued and also shouted other customers standing in a quere. I said that is my mom she is talking with out respect to and she said she said even to her white bosses she is rude but she still remains there.
