Yesterday I booked a ticket with Delta Coaches for my little brother to travel from Cape Town to Johannesburg after already being let down by another bus company. The bus was scheduled to leave Cape Town at 4:10 PM. My brother arrived at the station early and had been waiting there since 2 PM. At 4:10 PM, with no bus in sight and no communication from the company, I had to call customer service myself. The agent initially told me there were no delays she was aware of, but said she would check. A few minutes later she called back and informed me that the bus had actually been moved to 6 PM. My concern is this: why was there no communication sent to passengers about the schedule change? My brother had already been sitting at the station for hours. Itβs unfair to leave paying customers stranded without updates and only inform them when they call to ask. Transport companies should respect passengersβ time and ensure clear and proactive communication when schedules change. Very disappointing experience.

I booked with them 19 Feb cpt -jhb 22Feb and cancelled my booking on the 20 Feb for my return ticket due to bus being infested with ****roaches. Now the giving my story upon story. After they said will reflex in 3 working days. Now they saying I need to wait for Cape town branch to generated cash sales to get my R1200 back. I dont know how this work if i paid for my tickets

Delta coaches has poor customer service, our bus was supposed to leave 17:05 and no one is communicating with us if the bus is late or what. Something happened when my cousin traveled with them last week, her 17:05 bus left Pretoria at 20:00

I got ****med yesterday at Pretoria Bosman Station. There was a guy that is walking around lieng to people that they are shorting with 1 person to get full, I was there as 16:40 and he said the bus will come at 17:00 forcing to go pay for it. Promised that their buses got toilet, charging area etc. All was lies, the bus only arrived at 20:45 the bus was not the one that he was talking about, the bus was broken, not fully serviced, charging area was not working, no toilet, the bus was dirty. Those guys was rude and don't care about anyone. I need my refund as I did not take that bus I had to go book for a place to sleep for that night.

I got ****med yesterday at Pretoria Bosman Station. We booked the bus, we were supposed to leave @16:20 but the bus never arrived, @17:30 I received a msg saying the bus had a breakdown. Past9 when i tried contacting the office we were told that a taxi was allocated to fetch people but it never arrived at our pick up point but it arrived at another pick up point and left us stranded. They gave us a number to contact and the lady was so rude she even blocked us on the phone without a solution. We had to spend the night outside the shop at windmill cos we had no where to sleep. Delta coaches should be canceled its always late and its survive is horrible
