I was paying R890.00 on my contract.Beginning of August my 24 Month contract expired.They did not let me know of contract changes and and increased with R300.I am trying to resolve them with them and do not get any assistance.Surely they could to better than this!.Iwill now be cancelling my Dstv!I was always wondering why people are not interested in Dstv anymore but now I have experienced it😡
Upgraded contract att Vodacom.Waiting for Skynet to deliver after receiving a date for delivery with pin.Just to wait all day long and nothing pitched.This was on a Friday 25/06/07 just before the long weekend.I cancelled my trip and waited until 20h00. This morning after struggling for a hour to get hold of Skynet to find out what is happening because I have arrangements and need to know if I must still wait.Just to be told delivery will take place on Tuesday.

I hired a Volkswagen vivo at Rustenburg branch.I just needed the vehicle to collect a car in Bele Bela.They gave me a number for Victoria 0627845680 to call when I was close to Bela Bela and she would tel me where to drop of the vehicle.They told me the vehicle had a e tag vited and could be used at the e tols.When I got to the e tol it did not work and Imhad to struggle to move to another lane and had to pay myself.When arriving in Bela bela at 10h30 I tried to call Victoria and could not get hold of her.I then filled the car with feul and looked on the gps where Ueropcar was in Bela bela.The gps then took me to a location where Europcar used to be.I then tried several times to contact Victoria with no success.I then walked around the area and somebody in the street told me that they had moved and gave me directions.When I got to the new offices it was locked and I tried to phone numbers on the wall.I also tried to het hold of Rustenburg branch without any success.I was stuck.After struggling for almost three hours i then googled and got a number at head office and phoned a lady there.I explained to her that I had a problem and did not know where to leave the car.She then said I had to hold on and the next moment I was speaking to Victoria.I asked her why she does not answer her phone and she said I did not call her.(I have proof on my phone to proof how many times I had tried to call her and theRustenburg branch.She then said I must go and drop of the vehicle somewhere in Bela bela as she was not available.I told her I can not do it as I was stuck with two cars and had to walk back to there offices and leave a car unattended.She said she will come to assist me.After 30 min she arrived and was very rude.I told her to do inspection and she just walked around the vehicle and then moved it inside and left without giving me any report.I really think for the cost I paid for this poor service is the worst experience I ever had.I was suppose to be back in Pretoria and was delayed for three hours and bad service I have experienced is just not expectable.I have proof of all and would like to bring this under their attention.
Bough 500megabite yesterday and was gone this morning! Data was switched of and using wi fi. Just to be told by vodacom they can not help me!
Customer service at this branch is very deliberate!This is the third time that she does not assist and just stand looking att you as you are a sheep!She completely ignores you!I would like Dischem to check on cameras as this is giving the shop a bad name!I would like Dischem to contact me as this is resulting people not ordering items on line!
My account is been stopped after they made a mistake by drawing the wrong amound from my debit card.They withdraw more than actual amount.They do not follow up to find out what the problem is and just stopped the account.When calling them they make you wait a long time costing you money for no reason
Afrox times is from 08h00 to 16h30.Today I waited there until 08h30 without any movement inside.Tried to phone them and they do not answer there phones.Left 08.35
Vodacom is not comiting to what was agreed when I got my contract 3 month ago.They keep on canceling my air time every month ago.They agreed that it would only be canceled after three month if not used up.This happend the first month of my contract.I have reported this to them without any respond back from them.
