I report my faulty diswaher on the 2 March. I follow up a few times telephonically till today I did not even receive it back or replacement the only answer I got the technician must still check what is the problem
I received my 65 inc tv from Teljoy a day earlier as they telephonically told me.As it was a day earlier I was on my way to work.The evening when I came home I took the tv Out of the box and noticed that the whole screen was SHATERED. IT DID SWITCHED on but screen was shattered as if the delivery guys have put something on it.It is unacceptable to receive a service like this.I want a new replacement tv and not a repair one as this was totally nucleus delivery fault
I cancel one contract 2 months back and still they do not respond to me emails I send them. It was a contract for renting a powerstation . You paid and you paid but the device will never be yours .Is much better to buy my own powerstation from takelot or or makro as to pay now for 3 years nearly R370 for a device that will never be mine.Takelot ask between R3000 to R8000 for the same size powerststion .and if you paid it it is your own property
I contact stage zero to cancel a contract that is month to month As it was allready past its 34 months term .They inform me they will cancel it and collect the device. To my surprise I received an invoice that the device is not yet cancel and also no response from Stage Zero to pick it up
I am using payflex for more than 2 years.I bought a new cell phone and I downloaded the app on it . When I try to set it up It ask for a selfie and then I was unsuccessful because I am using the old Id book.I email customer care of payflex and inform me that I must get an new Id card .I feel that I am been discriminated against
I made a order with Vodacom and still wait that courier must deliver it .I did phone Vodacom they inform me that courier must pick it up but still no feedback from the courier
On Thursday 17h15 I call miway to assist me to reduce my montly instalment. THE CONSULTANT HAVE INFORM ME THAT THEY CAN NOT DO IT ONLY THE 3RD PARTY CAN DO IT.I INFORM HER I TOOK THIS POLICY FROM MIWAY AND THE DEBIT ORDER SHOWS MIWAY AND IF THEY DO NOT ASSIST ME I GOING TO STOP THIS DEBIT ORDER. THE CONSULTANT THEN GET VERY ******** WITH ME AND INORM ME THAT I CAN DO WHAT I WANT I WILL NOT STOP THIS DEBT ORDER.I INFORMED HER THAT I WILL CONTACT THE CONSUMER RIGHTS COMMISION ABOUT THIS TREATMENT. I ALSO DID CALLED IN THE MORNING AROUND 13H00 WHEN A CONSULTANT INFORM ME THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK that never happen.
I previously contact MFC to ask to refinance my vechile balloon instalment then the consultant inform me to contact MFC IN OCTOBER 2025 On 7 October I contact MFC to refinance my baloon instalment. They reply via email that I must apply only 3 months before The baloon instalment is due and that the balloon instalment is due on 1 January 2026. According to me it is 3 months before the balloon instalment I never have missed any instalment on any of my vechiles from I am with MFC I did not expect this treatment
I was shocked when I saw that FNB CHARGED ME R30 FOR EVERY EWALLET AMOUNT I SENT TO ANOTHER FNB CLIENT.IT WAS ALWAYS FREE BUT SUDDENLY ALL FEES OF FNB IS OUTRAGES EVEN WHEN YOU DO A NORMAL PAYMENT THEIR CHARGES IS OUTRAGES.I paid every month my monthly fees and it was that ewallet fees and everything was included in my premier cheque account fees
I received an email from mweb that my contract that I have with them that I paid R478/month have been changed by mtn as I was on on 15mbs uncapped .Now MTN BROUGHT IN THST AFTER 50GB USES THEY GOING TO THROTLE THE USAGE . THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT DID NOT INCLUDED THIS AS I SEE IT AS A BREACH OF CONTRACT FROM MWEB SIDE.I DID NOT AGREE ON SUCH A CONTRACT .AS MY SECURITY SYSTEM WAS RUNNING ON THIS NETWORK I CAN NOT EVEN USED IT NOW.THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE FROM MWEB TO ALLOWED THST MTN BREACH THEIR CONTRACT WITH A CLIENT
