Service excellence at it's best!
I had a very professional experience with Letters Novela. I was worried about my parcel not being delivered on time and he went our of his way to assist me and made arrangements to get it to me on time. He also phoned me all the time to keep me updated as to when my parcel will arrive. I can see that Letters are taking pride in his work. Thank you for your excellent service. Service excellence at it's best!
I had a very professional experience with Letters Novela. I was worried about my parcel not being delivered on time and he went our of his way to assist me and made arrangements to get it to me on time. He also phoned me all the time to keep me updated as to when my parcel will arrive. I can see that Letters are taking pride in his work. Thank you for your excellent service. Courier it - Dur Office
Letters at the Courier it Durban branch really helped me, which is why my rating is as high as it is. He was professional, hands-on, and quick to assist. He assured me the driver would contact me, and they did. I had been waiting a long time for this service, and one phone call to him resolved everything after a a one week wait. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with letters. However, I do think the Newlands East branch needs a lot of improvement, as their disorganisation is quite noticeable.

Bad Service
You struggle to reach consultants and often make so many mistakes like putting incorrect contact details for the driver to reach you. I also don't like the fact that you don't receive a prior the delivery. So, if you are not available at the location on that day is a problem.

Great customer service.
I'm extremely impressed with the service I received from Letters Novela. He wad so calm when I was worried about whether my alternative number was captured he assured me he would male sure he captures it and contact the driver to make sure I get my package. He then followed up when the driver was here and told me he'd call me back again to make sure my package is intact. I truly appreciate his great work. Keep it up Letters.

Great customer service.

I am highly impressed with an excellent service i received from Letters Novela today, I was stressed out about not receiving my work laptop on time and I was lucky enough to have him as my customer service agent because he helped me a lot. I ended up receiving my parcel on time, all thanks to him❤️ I am beyond thankful and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

I am highly impressed with an excellent service i received from Letters Novela today, I was stressed out about not receiving my work laptop on time and I was lucky enough to have him as my customer service agent because he helped me a lot. Poor poor Service from courier it.
Poor poor service from this service provider and my package was 6days late with no reason nor apology what so ever... The driver and his supervisor has no act of urgency assurance and bother to follow up that I received my parcel. I urge people not to use their service, to save your time and money. Even the 1 Star is not deserved.
