Fastway couriers with foul mouthed drivers

One star is too high a rating..

Second incident in a space of 8 months. Fastway Couriers pietermaritzburg has drivers that think they are all knowing .. They have no manners or way of speaking to people.

I have modules that get couriers from the college to myself and then back once coursework is completed.

Both incidents that I've had of late have been appalling. My mum was screamed at by the driver named Rushen/Roshen. Got told that it's not their responsibility to provide bags for the package and neither is it their duty to provide a waybill. You try calling these people and their landlines rings forever and a day, their cell number gets answered when and if they feel like being business minded.

If I had a choice (which I don't since the college arranges pick ups) I would definitely not use their services
