I would like to formally complain about the extremely poor service I have received regarding my delivery.

For the past three days, I have received SMS notifications stating that my parcel would be delivered “today,” yet no delivery has taken place. Because of these repeated messages, I have had to stay available and wait at home unnecessarily, only for my time to be wasted again and again.

This level of service is very disappointing and unprofessional. If there are delays, customers should be informed honestly instead of receiving repeated delivery promises that are not fulfilled.
