GFS has had my parcel from Temu for over a week. I have twice received notifications on WhatsApp that the parcel is out for delivery that day. Last week Thursday and this week Tuesday. I have still not received my parcel. The website link sent on what's app goes to an Indian company - the only contact number i can find 0872232303 is an automated response that states no-one is available to take my call. SHOCKING SERVICE , and I still dont have my parcel.

My parcel has been out for delivery since Monday!!! and today it’s Thursday. I just called in this morning only for the rude agent to put me on a long hold then tell me she’ll escalate the query. Why did you put me on a long hold to not resolve my query and not even apologetic for the poor customer service

This logistics company is VERY SLOW. Items departing from their depot morning of 16 March, still not delivered, afternoon of 18 March and now being promised by 7th April. Will ask Temu to NOT use them in future

Temu uses GFS courrier and is the most useless, my parcel GE26....20318 has been showing the out on delivery status for days now without being delivered to me. To make is worse, they say the Out On Delivery Status does not mean your parcel is Out On Delivery but rather it means its been sorted @the Warehouse. What nonsense is this???

Worst delivery company ever They tell you that you parcel is on the way and it will be delivered before 18H00 or a driver will call you I received no call an they contact center is of no help I will never recommend them to any one Your order is on its way and scheduled to arrive 2026-03-17.
