Terrible delivery service. Please Temu, do not use them!!! Parcels are ALWAYS late as no one wants to deliver in our area. Why does Temu keep on using them? Dont tell me I get GFS as a random courier...I ALWAYS get them, and they are terrible!!

I am still waiting for my order to be delivered. GFS drivers do not communicate, no updates received at all. When they do communicate it's incorrectnl information. Their whatsapp line is down. I called them and their agents mumble their names, how do you even hear what they are saying? I am sitting at home gor the second day waiting for my delivery, I need to leave home, asked customer service agent to ask the driver to call me to notify how far they are...nothing received. Why are you like this GFS? CUSTOMER SERVICE ABSOLUTELY NON-EXISTANT! You really need to improve.

I am still waiting for my order to be delivered. GFS drivers do not communicate, no updates received at all. When they do communicate it's incorrectnl information. Their whatsapp line is down. I called them and their agents mumble their names, how do you even hear what they are saying? I am sitting at home gor the second day waiting for my delivery, I need to leave home, asked customer service agent to ask the driver to call me to notify how far they are...nothing received. Why are you like this GFS? CUSTOMER SERVICE ABSOLUTELY NON-EXISTANT! You really need to improve.

Useless delivery company I wish Temu can stop using GFS Express to deliver our parcel. The lady sent me message late at night to say she's got my parcel to deliver tomorrow, and I must send her my location. Why can't she use given address? The following day I call her to tell that I'm not home, she must come on Monday. I was told she's already gone and from that Monday they going on strike so I won't get my parcel anytime soon!. What nonsense is that? Till now don't know where is my parcel sitting yet I'm getting messages that its on the way

Useless delivery company I wish Temu can stop using GFS Express to deliver our parcel. I was contacted by the GFS driver on 21.05.26 @ 16:30 the evening. I told the driver(Courage) that the business was only opened until 5pm, but waited until 17:15. The next morning I phoned the driver to ask about the delivery and he told me that he's busy and i have to wait until the following week. i told him that that was unacceptable . I contacted customer service who was going to escalate the issue. The following week on the 25th, I phoned the driver who again said, that he will see how he feels and dismissed my call. So i called customer service again who was going to escalate my concern. By 26th i still received nothing, so i called customer service, where the lady told me that there is nothing she can do except to escalate the issue. I asked to speak to a manager, where she told me that they weren't taking calls and that the customer service team was not allowed to contact the drivers and i had to wait as the driver could deliver anytime between 8am an 6pm. She also dismissed my call as she made it clear that she needed to log off and could not assist me. On the 27th i contacted customer service 3 times. I spoke to Buhle 1st, who was going to escalate the call and i was dismissed, then i spoke to Monique, who also dismissed my call and with the 3rd call, Nondo, dismissed my call almost immediately. I need to know what other procedure there is available to the client to get answers as the current system GFS is using, is not working at all

Absolutely useless, I complained via whatsapp twice, no answer. I phoned, they would have "escallated", guess what, nothing happened. No I need to start refunding my customers because GFS is "Trying to deliver" for more than 10 days now....... GE2605063020697

Guys, GFS Express ZA What a joke, my parcel was scheduled for Saturday 23/05/2026 to be delivered today I got hold of a staff member working there and got told to contact someone else. I managed to get someone to tell me that it was the drivers fault for not delivering it Saturday but he will make a plan for me to get it today, so a few hours later I followed up and this guy tells me unfortunately there is no driver coming my way but maybe tomorrow. Is this fair seeing I paid long ago for my parcel? What can I do?

Very bad delivery service from this company. Temu allocated a parcel to them and they have been delivering my parcel for a week now without any success. With Temu I provided my work address and when they are available to deliver, it is either after hours or during weekends when the address is not applicable. I keep telling the person on the other side that and come weekdays, absolutely nothing. I phoned there offices yesterday and the lady told me to wait at work till 18h30 as they will deliver. Guess what, did not happen. Then they lie to Temu and tell them they have arranged with the customer regarding the delivery - why am I clueless on the time and date of delivery arranged? Seriously, avoid them.
