Very bad delivery service from this company. Temu allocated a parcel to them and they have been delivering my parcel for a week now without any success. With Temu I provided my work address and when they are available to deliver, it is either after hours or during weekends when the address is not applicable. I keep telling the person on the other side that and come weekdays, absolutely nothing. I phoned there offices yesterday and the lady told me to wait at work till 18h30 as they will deliver. Guess what, did not happen. Then they lie to Temu and tell them they have arranged with the customer regarding the delivery - why am I clueless on the time and date of delivery arranged? Seriously, avoid them.
Filed a claim today and had the best service. Did not need to complete a form. Was guided through the process by questions from a friendly staff member of Virseker in Afrikaans. All in all a quick and effective process.
Insurance Broker who does not have the client's interest at heart. Had a claim scenario where we were not covered due to the disinterest of the broker to actually inform us telephonically of a vital change on the policy and decided to just be the postbox for the insurer instead sending e-mails to gmail account. Why employ a broker if the insurer can also send you e-mails at any time. Found errors and omissions and non-relevant advise on the record of advice provided. Not really a good thing for a busy professional to go here as if you miss an email you are dangerously at risk.
