Useless delivery company I wish Temu can stop using GFS Express to deliver our parcel. The lady sent me message late at night to say she's got my parcel to deliver tomorrow, and I must send her my location. Why can't she use given address? The following day I call her to tell that I'm not home, she must come on Monday. I was told she's already gone and from that Monday they going on strike so I won't get my parcel anytime soon!. What nonsense is that? Till now don't know where is my parcel sitting yet I'm getting messages that its on the way
My sister passed away and I urgently needed her bank statement in-order for Master to issue letter of authority. All other banks printed me statement in no time after producing instruction letter from Master and death certificate. When I went to Capitec Bank I was told I had to wait for at least seven days!!!.because only the Head office can do that. Hayibo, imagine the funeral proceedings had to take place with that 7 days. So we had to postpone funeral because we could'nt get a letter of authority without the statement . I was so ****ed because I still don't understand what is so difficult about logging into system and print the damn statement. CAPITEC Bank really need to improve on their processes because this is very much annoying and inconveniencing.!!!
Avbob PMB very much unprofessional and negligent. We requested a grave marker for my late sister's grave whose funeral was on 02 November 2024. Guess what?, they brought a grave marker with the wrong name like ***??. I had to take it out from the grave after the funeral and send it back to them for remarking with correct details. Today is the 3rd of December , exactly the whole month later, still they haven't done their job. Because they already got the money, they just don't care about us.
SARS e-filing is absolute *******. Those consultants do not want to work. I submitted my return on 21 July and had a refund due to me. Now, because I had changed my bank details they needed to do verification first, which is fair enough. On 25 July I submitted all documents they requested. But , Up to now, today, the 28 August 2023 they telling me they still doing verification. I'ts been over a whole damn month for crying out loud!!!. I have been making endless calls , letting alone waiting on line for over an hour, but still no help. I'm really ****ed with SARS service . sies
If there was a - star I would have given that. Cell c has failed me yet I've been their customer for almost 20 years. Last month I had financial crises and couldn't pay for my contract ( for the very 1st time in these years). Anyways I called and made arrangements to pay on later date. Everything seemed sorted. The next thing boom! , My account is suspended. Tried to make several enquiries without help. I've been suspended since beginning of April till today. Now I've settled the account but STILL my account is not opened😥😥. I'm very disappointed with this company. Now I compare them with the service I received from Vodacom on the same issue, Vodacom didn't give me any hassle yet I've only been with them on shortest time. I can't wait for my contract to come to an end with Cell c. They've been very much inconsiderate 😡
Cell c has pathetic service and crooked. I had a contract with them for data of which I was paying about R136.00pm. Few months before end of contract it didn't not work. I called them to resolve issue, but was not helping. Then i asked for this contract to be cancelled. To my surprise I have been charged even more for something I had nt been using for months!!. When I called them now to cancel again., was told it will only be canceled by August, which means they still gonna charge me again for contract that I'm not using. I was so ****ed shame.
