GFS Express is a useless delivery company

Useless delivery company

I wish Temu can stop using GFS Express to deliver our parcel. The lady sent me message late at night to say she's got my parcel to deliver tomorrow, and I must send her my location. Why can't she use given address? The following day I call her to tell that I'm not home, she must come on Monday. I was told she's already gone and from that Monday they going on strike so I won't get my parcel anytime soon!. What nonsense is that? Till now don't know where is my parcel sitting yet I'm getting messages that its on the way
