Mbd refusing to answer emails or calls being dropped
So once again I get a summons telling me I owe money. They dont reply to emails and you cant phone them. The calls get ended. I've previously refused to answer their calls. I'll only answer to their whatsapps and emails cause then I have proof of what was said. So now they keep on sending emails and sms's threatening legal action but they do not reply when I try and sort this out. So tired of this company

22 May 2026, 11:51For 3 days I've been trying to get hold of someone in your company and only got automated emails saying someone will contact me. Which no one did. This morning I got another sms saying a summons was served by a sheriff. The summons was send via email and from Mbd. Not a sheriff. But you keep on charging me for more letters and can keep on sending sms's but wont reply to getting it sorted out.
