4 weeks for 5 day shipment without communication

I really cannot state the frustration I am dealing with with this company. I have ordered a controller after a discussion about the order and how it will work I took the chance to use this company. After the first week of waiting I was still fine and gave them some time. After the second week all I wanted was a clear update on the tracking because their so called good tracking only says order ready. After 30 messages on whatsapp nothing was resolved this is week 3 and I still do not even have an update to who is shipping the shipment or where it is. The person on whatsapp refuses for me to speak to a manager she responds using AI and cannot guve clear answers. So I still dont know If I am getting my package one could only hope but please save yourself the absolute hair puller of service they give you.
