mixed feelings
I ordered from this website before and had no troubles with my order. On the second occasion however I ordered 2 magazines. I received them in time however the 2nd magazine was not the cover advertised. I called back on numerous occasions to query this and was assured the incorrect copy would be collected, the incorrect magazine was collected and I was also assured that the correct copy would be ordered and delivered. Since the magazine was collected I have called back to query, and while I have been promised feedback I haven't heard anything back in update. Sorely disappointed.

Horrible customer service
I am sure Hachette is good where it is based, I think the UK? But in South Africa it’s not up to scratch. Emails go unanswered, concerns are unresolved. I pre-ordered the Disney crochet issue 6 and am yet to receive it, despite it being available for a while now. I imagine it will be out of stock and I will never receive it or I will have to find it in a store and purchase it, essentially paying for it twice. I am so glad I did not subscribe, as I am sure there is nothing wrong with their debit order system, that part of this branch of the company will probably be quite effective, the product and customer service, not so much, unfortunately. To be fair issues 1-5 were delivered without any problems, but then 6, it has ruined the entire experience.

Hello, My name is Lethokuhle Zuma, I was applying for medical aid with this company 4ME and the consultant there Name : Kashmira Sheik called ****in Stupid. Please see below wht wrote on email sent to Sarah-Lee copying myself : "Hi, Sarah This client is ****ing stupid she keep forwarding you and JP the same wrong ****. I will call her and explain what I want. I am very unhappy and very dissappointed to be insulted like this and I am taking this matter to my lawyer.
