Really disappointed in the customer service. I have purchased through them before and that occasion I received exactly what I ordered as I ordered it. On the second occasion, July 30, when ordering through the 4me website which falls under them I ordered 2 books, one I received in good order, the second while the write Publication was not the cover as advertised on the website which is the one I sought. I contacted them telephonically and was able to get the magazine collected and after some back and forth informed that I'd receive the correct cover once they'd received it. I have called back multiple times but either get referred to another number which almost never answers or get told someone will contact me which never happens. This magazine wasn't cheap, and I really was looking forward to having it but the failure to be updated or be kept up to date with the progress and inability to track any progress, and poor customer service has really let me down. I love that they have access to so many publications and so many magazines we can't get here locally, even so long after original publication and release but its disappointing that the service they provide is so unreliable or consistant.
I ordered from this website before and had no troubles with my order. On the second occasion however I ordered 2 magazines. I received them in time however the 2nd magazine was not the cover advertised. I called back on numerous occasions to query this and was assured the incorrect copy would be collected, the incorrect magazine was collected and I was also assured that the correct copy would be ordered and delivered. Since the magazine was collected I have called back to query, and while I have been promised feedback I haven't heard anything back in update. Sorely disappointed.
My sister a month or so ago approached Vodacom for wifi installation 31of May mweb would be ending due to us canceling the contract because the price was getting more expensive . However Vodacom are still not getting back to us and as a result will be without wifi. The people who are supposed to be sorting out our wifi have not responded to one email or phone call that my sister has made. So I ask Vodacom what is going on with the customer service
I received a call about an offer on my current contract. I was told that I'd receive 5GB data per month at R85 less than my current account. My daughter helped me in trying to understand the caller better as cellphone terminology isn't my strong suit and we made it clear to the caller we couldn't afford a higher bill and repeatedly asked the caller from vodacom to ensure that my account would not increase but remain the same and she repeatedly assured me of this, to which I then agreed based on my understanding. I had no idea that what she actually meant to promote was a data bundle at R85 less than the current rate per month in addition to my current bill. So color me surprised when I discover my bill for the end of this month will be doubled!!! I'm sorry please educate your sales people on proper communication!!!! If someone asks will my bill go up, get you dam math right!!! I want no part of this type of service.. This better be alterised or I will take my business elsewhere!!!!!!
On the 5th February I called as I suspected something was wrong with my meter due to receiving two accounts for astronomically high water usage which is nowhere near what I usually use or pay. Was told someone would come to look. Twenty minutes after someone did come, who told me meter was faulty and would need replacing. Said they'd come to put in new meter and that it should take a day. Nothing happened. Called again on the 10/11th was told to wait 3 days. Nothing happened. Called on the 13th was told to wait again. Still nothing. On the 18th called again, told to wait 48 hours, and was given request no. Nothing happened. Tried to contact them again on the 25th but lines were down. On this same day a neighbour informed me there was a water running in front of my house in the street where the meter is. My neighbour tried valiantly to assist in getting someone out as well. On the 26th someone from city council drove by noticed the water and asked if we knew and promptly left. Another drove passed later who switched the water off. At around 8pm that evening city council service members from ottery arrived not aware of my calls or the other council workers who'd been there earlier nor of my neighbour who'd tried to help contacting municipality. They preceded to repair the leak but not the meter. Till now, nobody has been back to fix the faulty meter or enquire of any follow ups. My account needs to be adjusted as my account went up drastically from my usual account which is why I had been calling in the first place. All of this could have been prevented if someone had done their job sooner rather than wait till a leak appeared..
I received an incorrect account after paying ahead of time more then my installment required which I repeatedly told cashier she wasn't performing my payment as I requested, when I queried I was promised to be contacted and issue to be rectified. To date, I'm yet to be contacted, I have received repeated incorrect bills, including interest and other costs. Despite the assurance of a store manager, and his effort to rectify it, my account remains incorrect, and I'm strongly considering closing my account. HIGHLY IRRITATED AND DISGUSTED BY THE SERVICE...
