Is there a possibility of getting hold of the Chief in charge of On The Dot. I used to receive excellent service from them years ago but currently that is not the case. This is ridiculous! They are the reason people will not buy magazines anymore & it seems as if they are very proud of their service levels as there is absolutely no way one can get hold of a human being from the start. It is just ticket number upon ticket number & no one following up on those ticket numbers! Perhaps Magazines should get together to find an alternative as On The Dot is doing more harm than anything else.

Pathetic service. You can not even say that there is service. I have an Idees subscription and after a lot of begging got the previous magazine. The new one it is a battle again. Now they want me to renew. I do not think so.

Really disappointed in the customer service. I have purchased through them before and that occasion I received exactly what I ordered as I ordered it. On the second occasion, July 30, when ordering through the 4me website which falls under them I ordered 2 books, one I received in good order, the second while the write Publication was not the cover as advertised on the website which is the one I sought. I contacted them telephonically and was able to get the magazine collected and after some back and forth informed that I'd receive the correct cover once they'd received it. I have called back multiple times but either get referred to another number which almost never answers or get told someone will contact me which never happens. This magazine wasn't cheap, and I really was looking forward to having it but the failure to be updated or be kept up to date with the progress and inability to track any progress, and poor customer service has really let me down. I love that they have access to so many publications and so many magazines we can't get here locally, even so long after original publication and release but its disappointing that the service they provide is so unreliable or consistant.

I purchased two gift subscriptions for Leef and Ideas magazines in 2023. Despite multiple follow-ups, we received nothing—no deliveries at all—until early 2025. That’s over a year of silence. No calls, no updates, and certainly no magazines. After several attempts to update the delivery address to Pretoria (hardly a remote area), the problem continued. Eventually, in 2025, I received just one issue—without explanation—and was offered backdated copies, which completely misses the point of a subscription. What frustrates me most is not just the failure to deliver, but the complete lack of communication. I don’t want a refund. I still believe these are excellent magazines—but I can’t keep chasing after every single issue I don’t receive. It’s exhausting, and honestly unacceptable. Until their delivery system and customer service improve, I can’t recommend subscribing to these magazines at all. It’s the worst subscription experience I’ve ever had.

On The Dot are simply not delivering my Economist. Its been two months now and no delivery. They don't respond to emails, and keep promising to investigate and retun calls which they don't do

I placed an order via the MrPrice app that OnTheDot (M24 Logistics) was supposed to deliver. I received a email saying that the order would be delivered on the 19th of February 2025, nothing was delivered, no notification from MrPrice or M24 Logistics. When I looked at the waybill online, according to M24 Logistics, the address was incorrect. I checked my address on the MrPrice app which confirmed that I did in fact use the correct address. As usual with these companies, they want to play the blame game. Either MRPrice or M24 Logistics entered the incorrect address and when they failed to deliver my order they do not even bother to notify me and delay my order indefinitely. M24 Logistics doesn't even list a contact number to call so that we can sort out the failed delivery in a timely manner. The 1.3 star review on google is too generous in my opinion. First I get the wrong number from MrPice for the courier that they use. Eventually I found the number, 087 353 1294, but sat on hold for 30 mins with no answer. I tried another number for them that I found on google, 021 503 7000, just rang for a while but no answer

Really unhappy customer, they've been holding my parcel for over a week. I ask why it hasn't gone out for delivery, they say they don't know. Then he goes on to say they seem to have lost my parcel and will call back once found. What business is this???
