Disgusting service from Nedbank.
Nedbank has been extremely unhelpful in retrieving funds sent to the wrong account at another bank, namely Standard Bank. They are not interested in helping their clients, at all!

No response from Nedbank.
For the last 5 days my money app hasn't worked properly. 3 visits later and multiple phone calls led to promises of solutions and follow up. No follow ups, no phone calls, no one to speak to is the result.

Scweppes/Coca Cola don't care about customers
I have 3 x 6 cans of Schweppes soda water in original plastic wrapping which have blown. Several phone calls and many promises later I have yet to receive the promised replacements.

Non existent service.
They do not answer their phone. I requested a call back which I got, waited 20 minutes for accounts department and never got to speak to anyone! Some communications company!!

Rude and unfriendly.
Rude, and unfriendly place. Linda did quite a good manicure, but the whole experience was unpleasant. She ran 30 minutes late and didn't apologise. She didn't utter a word...not hello or goodbye.

No delivery from On the Dot .
This company has failed to deliver my Saturday newspaper for 6 weeks, in spite of numerous phone calls. I am now going to have to fight for a refund.

Bad service, unprofessional and unhelpful staff.
Threading at the above shop, by Dierdre, was unprofessional, unfriendly, and unhelpful. The result is swollen, red eyelids and tine cuts below the eyebrows. The manager of the store is unavailable. The promise to be contacted by her has not materialised.

The printer is slow, doesn't connect to WiFi easily. It does copy well.
