I placed an order via the MrPrice app that OnTheDot (M24 Logistics) was supposed to deliver. I received a email saying that the order would be delivered on the 19th of February 2025, nothing was delivered, no notification from MrPrice or M24 Logistics. When I looked at the waybill online, according to M24 Logistics, the address was incorrect. I checked my address on the MrPrice app which confirmed that I did in fact use the correct address. As usual with these companies, they want to play the blame game. Either MRPrice or M24 Logistics entered the incorrect address and when they failed to deliver my order they do not even bother to notify me and delay my order indefinitely. M24 Logistics doesn't even list a contact number to call so that we can sort out the failed delivery in a timely manner. The 1.3 star review on google is too generous in my opinion. First I get the wrong number from MrPice for the courier that they use. Eventually I found the number, 087 353 1294, but sat on hold for 30 mins with no answer. I tried another number for them that I found on google, 021 503 7000, just rang for a while but no answer

I needed to return my PS5 after 2 months due to weird noises it was making while playing games. Takealot refused to replace my purchase and instead issued me with a refund saying that I would need to purchase the playstation myself which at this point cost R1700 more than it did when I initially purchased it.
Pathetic, via your website I left a request for you to call me, I am still waiting. I tried call you myself, your staff is very rude and unhelpful. All I need is info on a product you have and to find out about stock but you have no one qualified to help with this simple request
