I am having a issue with my hot water and tiles.After several attempts of communicating with the relevant teams it is 2 months later and i still have the same issue…i decided to hold back 1 months rent until my services are sorted and tiles replaced…Houss rentals has decided to cut my utilities but refuse to fix the issues that i am having…i have all emails and ticket numbers of the issues been logged as well as videos as to what my water system is doing and how my tiles is lifting…i would never recommend anyone to rent from this agent as money is wanted but services are not met…most pathetic service
