Erika changes name to Ostap
I am disgusted by the service I got from club Erika I withdrew an amount of R950 on the 26 July 2025 Up to date no payment received no reply from owner as I got their personal number when I tried logging on to the site it was changed to Ostap please be careful as it's the owner I tried calling and my number got blocked 7riches please remove this owner from your sites as it cause others to loose business

Please 7 Riches Club and site Erika may I get my withdraw that I cashed out the 26 June 2025 already. Support do not answer or help and Erika your fone is switched off. Please 7 Riches Club assist me to get my withdraw paid into my bank account it is been a long time to wait for ones withdraw. Thank you.

Terrible service!
Do not EVER play on club Erika. Been waiting 7 days for a payout! Not the first time. They don't respond to messages and 7Riches support just tells you to wait! This is the only club that gets away with this BS and 7Riches allowes it. Shame on you!

They will do anything not to pay you out once theyve made a mistake, they'll make you run up and down to different sites to try get help, they send to wrong accounts and blame you for it, honestly the worst service ever

Where did my money go?
Not happy at al loaded a ticket played and put my phone down for about two hours however when I went back into the site my funds were gone. Note I hadn't cashed ticket out at all. When trying to load the ticket number again it just said ticket in use. How is that possible if I am the only one using the ticket? I knew I had R100 still on my ticket to place and suddenly my balance was 0.00 so my question is where is my money and how can I redeem my ticket again knowing there were funds available for me to play.
