Where did my money go?

Not happy at al loaded a ticket played and put my phone down for about two hours however when I went back into the site my funds were gone. Note I hadn't cashed ticket out at all. When trying to load the ticket number again it just said ticket in use. How is that possible if I am the only one using the ticket? I knew I had R100 still on my ticket to place and suddenly my balance was 0.00 so my question is where is my money and how can I redeem my ticket again knowing there were funds available for me to play.
