Unhappy client

Hi On Thursday I accompanied my grandmother to take blood tests at 739 motsoaledi Street, Mofolo South clinic, around 2pm we found the secuities turned back told that nurses have already knocked off....we went back on Friday around 11am the manager of that clinic gave us bad attitude tried to send us to Chris Hani hospital because people who were helping me many times when I took my granny for those blood tests they were not supposed to do it, I asked why she couldn't answer me she wasn't willing to help us at all and my granny she's 74 yrs and using crutches, after waiting for over an hour a Sister/Nurse Mapule she came to our rescue and assisted us by getting a nurse who took those blood tests I rate her 9/10 you can tell that's her calling to help people she's not the for a salary she is a nice person then I rate the clinic manager -0/10
