As much as i wrote a bad review last week about Lungiswa Menze from maponya mall dstv branch i dont regret it she's horrible. I told myself i would never go back there but because of my kids i had to swallow my pride because we only got one branch in soweto...i didn't want help from her instead a gentleman by the name of Sipho Mbele did an excellent job it didn't even take the time we thought we going to take he was friendly and professional, i would really appreciate if this message can get to the directors/management we need someone like him on the ground because most of them they like doing you a favor when you there, they need more training and change of attitude.
Good day To whom it may concern. Today i visited the one only outlet in soweto DSTV in Maponya Mall i was surprised that the other one in Jabulani Mall was closed basically you've got only two outlets in Maponya and Randbag and millions of customers in soweto which doesn't make sense, I was there at 8h20am to be precise me and my wife we only got attended around 9.30am the queue was like a Sassa Grants or Home Affairs lines. We were attended by the lady she said her name was Lungi she was the only girl the other tills were empty only 2/3 guys very slow and no sense of agency...i was there to do change of ownership because im nolonger working my wife is, the lady was having a lack sense of customer service, professionalism and couldn't listen to us attentively we have to repeat samething over and over and still she didn't get it...funny enough there was WakaTv canvassing or recruiting your customers to subscribe to them and get 7days free trials with less premiums and able to watch everything including all supersport channels you better pull up your socks, im even show we are coming back to your offices. π‘
Good day So now i understand when they say - All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others" Im a client of SAB i run a pub & restaurant since my outlet has been open im operating with only one fridge that they provided, ive been requesting them to help me with another fridge since 2023 ive told that fridges are not available til today...now that fridge is not cooling im loosing customers and no one cares and this is my livelihood, ive asked for the maintenance last year for this fridge because its started to make funny noise i even recorded the sound and attached it to the request I've made to be assisted no one came back, when I call their customer service they keep on telling me to speak to my rep who can't assist me i spoke to several customer service agents they kept on promising that they will escalate the issue but i know that they lying through their teeth and they forgot one thing that people who are running pub's and taverns we know one another and we socialize and we also talk about the challenges we facing, that is when we know that the rep's who are supposed to be a great help to grow our businesses are actually the obstacles they have their favorite clients which they even help them with promotions and giving them merchandise that you can also give to your regular customers but they keep those things for themselves, family and friends, even the customer agents always confirm to me that they do give rep's merchandise for their clients ive never even received a single thing...one thing im certain of their priority is with the business who has business running for years newly business are suffering because we don't make big orders like already established business so they wont benefit anything thats why we are neglected, they so many businesses are shutting down the rep's themselves they go to those outlets to collect the fridges and sell them but they keep on telling me that they are no fridges, as ive mentioned earlier that we do talk to each other with other SAB clients that's how we get ther information, i think i will stop here for now but i have so many stories to share i also they can change my rep period.
I never thought i would right a bad review about Chicken Licken, last night i placed an order at chicken licken Eyethu Mall via uber eats...i order ROCK MY SOUL 3 AND 6 the Total amount of R218 i must say money went to waste, it was uneatable horrible we didn't even finish it it was not hot but extremely salty it seems like a person who was doing it pour the whole bowl /packet of salt...my kids just came back from visiting their grandparents and they were craving for it and the look in their faces they were so annoyed and angry im also very very angry. π‘ Actually they don't even that 1 star its -0 star.
I dont even the words how im very grateful with the customer service i received from the lady called Lerato at Capitec Eyethu Mall Soweto, im coming from the 2nd time at this bank, at the ive just described the lady who assisted last time i was because i have forgotten her name and told them where she was seated and they directed straight to her....all i can say this is a calling for her its not just a job, she knows how to treat people as i previously work with customers for years i know how it can be straining i respect her for her understanding calmness and professionalism.
On the 29/05/2024 i wrote a review about Eyethu Soweto Pedro's horrible chicken i am very angry with them they've closed the call/ticket 13677 without me any feedback from them, this goes to show that they don't care about their customers, im never ever buying from them. eyethu@pedroschicken.co.za

Dear management I would like to send my deepest gratitude to Mr Avukile Mkoka i can write pages and pages but ill summarize this. I got my liquor license last year February i couldn't start trading because of financial problems, last year around Sep/Oct i decided to go to SAB bara branch only to find out that customers are no longer welcome inside everything is done through the app, i had no clue about the app.. ive asked one of the security guys to call someone who can help me, he came out and he told me his in the meeting but he managed to take down my information and promised to get back to me and he did. In short im trading today because of him he guided me all through the way even though i was so sceptical he assured me that I will come right he assisted me with everything downloading the app applying for a cooler etc. Im not sure visiting clients its part of his job because of his position, what im basically saying he did go an extra mile, and im really grateful for that im convinced he is a great asset to the organization and needs a recognition. π Kind regards Mr Mandla Ndlovu 0724166128 Ndlovu.mandla111@gmail.com
Im the new customer opening a new outlet for trading i placed an order on the 28th of November its the 1st of December that order has been reduced and changed 3 times without any explanation, the important order are no longer there o don't know how they expecting to my business when have sabotaged me like this... I was supposed to officially opened my place this week now i don't know what I am going to do because i have already spread the word and the customers are going to come and not find what they were expecting, i don't even know how to explain this situation im facing now. π‘π‘π‘ They supposed to be professional in helping local businesses to do well but instead they killing the moral and they are expecting to be paid on time when they only gave you only 7days to pay the account. 1. I'm rating Doctor Eva Letsoalo - IN729590 (5/5 and the clinic I'm rating it 2/5) I never in a million years thought I would write a positive review about government facilities especially clinics. Today I was attended Dr Eva Letsoalo who was very amazing, outstanding and very professional she has exceeded my expectations she love what she does it's not a paycheck for her it's a calling, I'm even running out of words how can I describe her excellent service/work I would really like to thank her so muchπ. 2. I'm not happy with the administration process it is very tidious the clinic must find new ways of doing things and I don't get why people must wait outside the clinic in the morning worse it's cold why they don't open the doors and people wait in the admin area they are already securities who can monitor the people rather than waiting in the cold, please do something.
