MOFOLO CLINIC POOR SERVICE AND DISRESPECTING PEOPLE
I went to mofolo clinic on the 12th of December and tell me why was the service so horrible? I got there at 7:30 and left at 3pm. The stuff dont want to work, there was only 1window opened to help people. I was there upset, hungry and they were really inconveniencing me with time. I went to the metrons office and to my surprise she was just chilling and chatting with her other colleague. I informed her about the situation and she did not even care to make the situation better. Its unfair for us to come to the clinic for help, than the next thing we are left unattended and hungry. Being at the health facility for 7hours is insane. People like that are the ones who make the government name go down.

good day. I have a complaint regarding the Mofolo community health Care centre. my mother and sister went there for help because they were not feeling well at all. They got there, the receptionist welcomed them well but the problem started when they were both attended by the clinic nurse. My mother told her what the problem was, so my sister and the nurse didn't answer her. She gave my mother an injection and she asked the nurse if she was going to give her any pills or medicine but she never answered her, she only attended to her WhatsApp and told my little sister to come back tomorrow without checking her out. Time they got there: 15:00 time they left the clinic: 15:30

Singing praises for Dr Eva Letsoalo the best 👌 💯
1. I'm rating Doctor Eva Letsoalo - IN729590 (5/5 and the clinic I'm rating it 2/5) I never in a million years thought I would write a positive review about government facilities especially clinics. Today I was attended Dr Eva Letsoalo who was very amazing, outstanding and very professional she has exceeded my expectations she love what she does it's not a paycheck for her it's a calling, I'm even running out of words how can I describe her excellent service/work I would really like to thank her so much🙏. 2. I'm not happy with the administration process it is very tidious the clinic must find new ways of doing things and I don't get why people must wait outside the clinic in the morning worse it's cold why they don't open the doors and people wait in the admin area they are already securities who can monitor the people rather than waiting in the cold, please do something.
