Kfm top 40
Listen. The 1 star is not for the radio station or its presenters but for the top 40. Music ain't what it used to be, most of the music today that's trending is nonsense. We the people are better served if you maybe make a top 20 and have regular programming/music selection dont be afraid of the classics, kfm was made famous by playing proper music. Music wont get better too much weak artists these days no soul or meaning. Top 40 hurts my ears.

Prize money
I have won the Netflix,Meet the Khumalo's competition.I have submitted all the documents, which were asked of me.Still no receiving of the prize money.I was in constant contact with Sandy Sotshononda, the prizes and financial administrator, she even called me once, but have not ever had a response from her after numerous emails, just to enquire about the payment process.I know it takes up to 22 working days, public holidays and weekends excluded, for payments to process.I would just like to find out,if there were still documents outstanding or not.But no response,no one answer the number provided on emails as well

UNINFORMED AND MISREPRESENTATION ON AIR
Branden Leigh, Don't talk about topics' you didn't have knowledge of. At tonight 07:40pm you proof your station don't know what you talking.

KFM COMPETITION MAKRO HALFWAY DAY
to whom it may concern On the 28th June I was fortunate enoughto win a prize with KFM's MAKRO HALFWAY DAY live on the radio. I was sent an email a week after whereby I had to complete a form to complete my contact details which was on the 8th July. I decided to email the radio station on the 26th to follow up as to what the status was of my prize winnings. Was it going to be delivered or did I need to collect it at the store. I received a call on Monday 29th July at 07h17 the morning spoke to a lady who asked me that she needed to find out which MAKRO store i live closest to and that she will call me back the same day to let me know how when and where I will get my voucher. I have tried calling the lady I spoke to but when reception puts me through no one answers. It is so disheartening that a listener and fan can be treated with such nevermindness.

Disgusting from KFM 94.5
Absolutely terrible from KFm I was fortunate enough to win the Suzuki Pop Quiz on the morning show with Darren, on the 30th of January. It took them 3/4 days to get in touch with me to get details etc. In their mail it was stated that payout would take 21 business days. The lady that sent the mail stated that she will try and get the payment sorted sooner than 21 days. At this point, I've sent about 10 mails only to receive 1 mail back. Three people CC'd in the mails but NOBODY has the decency to take 20 seconds out of their day to reply to "valued" listener. The most ********* thing ive had to endure for YEARS. You guys have a fantastic show, but the people runninf things in the background are simply pathetic. All i wanted was an ETA. Had someone rep**** and said 1 year eta, great then at least i know. Get your $##% together KFm, its seems im not the only complaint about this issue!!!

Humiliated and discriminated!
I booked tickets to attend the Pepper *** Show which is hosted in collaboration with KFM. My son is autistic and is unable to walk as he had surgery on both his feet. We arrived with my son in a pram for obvious reasons. We were told at the entrance that we were not allowed in because prams are not allowed. I explained our situation and the lady kept repeating herself. I then requested to speak with someone else who was in charge. We waited what felt like forever, my son became increasingly upset as he watched other children enter and we were made to wait outside as though we were worthless. A man named Craig Mitchell came and repeated that we were unable to enter because Ayaan was in a pram. I again explained that Ayaan is disabled and unable to walk due to the surgery on both feet. He suggested that we put the pram in storage and emphasized that we are responsible for the safety of the pram. I asked him how would that be possible and he kept repeating himself. I explained again that this was not on the site when I booked the tickets. Had I been aware that there was a disclaimer that disabled kids in prams were not catered to, then I would not have purchased the tickets. He said it was under the FAQ. Why would I look at the FAQ if I did not have one? In the event of a children's show, it is an expectation, that all children, even the disabled are catered to. In this case, it was obvious that my son was discriminated against because of his inability to be mobile as any other child. I have tried looking for a customer service helpline for the show and none is available, nor is there an option for them on this site. I left the CTICC angered, disgusted, mortified, at my experience. This was Ayaan's first show. I had to prepare him and coach him in order for him to attend and we were left standing outside as though we were nothing. Needless to say, i purchased 3 premium tickets and a Meet and Greet, and was strategic in our seating with front row tickets, again, for obvious reasons. This was not even a question we were asked to make a reasonable decision. I want to be reimbursed for my purchases. This is a money-making scheme to the organizers, but to me as a parent of my child, it meant so much more. This experience made my family and I feel humiliated due to the public ************** experienced towards my son.

Best radio station
This radio station is the only station i listen to on my commute to work in the mornings. The wonderful breakfast team brings a vibrant kind of energy each morning.
