94.7 radio station absolute incompetence when coming to their competitions

I won a competition, can't beat, on 94.7. I won 3, R1000 one day only vouchers. No one has contacted me, none of my emails have been addressed, in fact my emails keep bouncing, stating that there was a problem sending it to them. I have been calling daily for months and they either don't answer, hang up the phone or transfer me to someone who says they can help and will phone me back but they don't. Those who I have talked to have told me I'm not in the system, Yet I've won , on the 5th, 6th and 7th of May. It is recorded on their platform. I would like actual assistance because this is absolutely unprofessional. They used to be my favorite station but I don't listen to them anymore because of this.
