Unresolved Return & Poor Quality – Order #125208 ​ I am extremely disappointed with the service and product quality from 99Rands. On Monday, 05 January, 2026, I ordered five Senza Horoscope Mugs. While the Leo mug was acceptable, the other four (2x Pisces, 1x Cancer, 1x Capricorn) were of a completely different, inferior design and did not match the advertised aesthetic. ​I reached out to them, via email to lodge a formal complaint regarding this discrepancy.

Following their process, I returned the four sub-standard mugs and the acceptable mug, to help them return the mugs, that I want, with the expectation of an exchange for mugs that actually match the Leo design as advertised.

​It has been weeks since I returned the items, and I have yet to receive my replacements. I have been left without my money and without the products I paid for.

​I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter.

​Desired Outcome: I want 99Rands to deliver the correct matching mugs immediately.
