Unprofessional conduct by 99 Beauty Deals

I want to lodge a complaint about 99 Beauty Deals. I made a purchase by mistake, online, and on their website they mention that they do refund you if you want it. As part of the purchase, there was a hidden membership fee.

I have requested a refund of the purchase, and cancellation of the membership. It's been a week now, and I still haven't received a response from them.
