I got a message from them stating I have won an iphone and that all I jad to do was pay a shipping fee, little did I know it was a scam. They debited my account with +-R500 and now in Jan a subscription fee of R243. It's so funny that I cannot login to their account to cancel my subscription. Please remove this unlawful company from the business market, as they are clearly scamming innocent/ignorant or naive individuals. Imagine how much whoever that is behind this is making from poor people and I cannot cancel the order as it's not registered as a debit order with my bank. Thanks

I want to lodge a complaint about 99 Beauty Deals. I made a purchase by mistake, online, and on their website they mention that they do refund you if you want it. As part of the purchase, there was a hidden membership fee. I have requested a refund of the purchase, and cancellation of the membership. It's been a week now, and I still haven't received a response from them.

I got a popup asking me to review my ISP namely RAIN and that if I did I stood a chance to win a galaxy s20. Filled in the survey then got told I had won the phone and had to only pay R25. When paying saw the payment was to 99beautydeals but thought nothing of it. Payed the money but when I got the so-called invoice from these scammers saw it was for a registration fee plus a monthly automatically renewable subscription to this so-called website - so I had paid R508. Went to the website - it's just a front to make it all look legit, doesn't even show your name when you login, just a number and there is just a few items of merchandise available. Had to cancel my cards. Emailed these people/person for a refund but no answer whatsoever.

DISPUTE - CASWIZARD - 99BEAUTY DEALS SAMSUNG S10 - SELLING FOR R25.00 I would like to make the public aware of 99Beauty Deals and Caswizard. · I responded to an advert, via Facebook’s Market Place, wherein it was advertised that a Samsung Galaxy S10 can be purchased for R25.00 (Twenty Five Rand); · I selected the option “Claim your Samsung Galaxy S10”, immediately an option was provided to pay for the cellphone through “Cashwizard”; · Once I made the payment, I received an SMS from Bank, confirming that R437.00 (Four Hundred and Thirty Seven Rand) was debited on my account and not R25.00 (Twenty Five Rand); · Once the payment was made, I receive the terms and conditions from Cashwizard, informing me that 24 EUROS will charged as an monthly fee, WHICH does not appear when you make the transaction, only a mention of 12 EUROS; · I immediately selected the link option given on the SMS via my Bank with regard to Cashwizard, once you select same it gives you an obtain to cancel, several attempts was made to cancel, which it did not allow me to do and a message popped up stating “Caswizard.net says, Cancellation requested failed. Please contact support!”, which I did, but e-mails was returned, web address unknown; · I once again immediately used the e-mail addresses provided by Cashwizard and 99Beauty Deals; · They acknowledged same and confirmation was received by an Eric at 99Beauty Deals, that it will be cancelled and no further funds will be charged and sorry to see you leave, but nothing was mentioned of the refund. Several e-mails was send, he replied once again, acknowledging the e-mail and “sorry to see you leave”, as per his previous e-mail. · Eric from 99Beauty Deals, replied to the Second last e-mail, requesting my details and the last 4 (four) digits of my credit card, then he replied once the info was given to him, “sorry to see you leave” ☺ what a joke; · I replied to his e-mail, requesting him to advise when I will receive me refund. To date hereof I have not heard anything from Eric. · The e-mail addresses to and from Cashwizard (especially Cashwizart) and 99Beauty Deals, is the same, namely “support@abakusmedia.co.uk” and returns to sender. To all Facebook users and the Public, be aware of 99Beauty Deals and Cashwizard, they are fraudsters, I had to cancel my Credit Card, which is a further charge to my account.

The website looks legitimate. Upon enquiry I was told that I had signed up to receive their special deals and the IPhone was a reaffle. To belong to their site will be 12.99 Euros per month!!! Watch out People! The above 'business' advertises online as a marketing company for Samsung smart watches, offering a special low price. I ordered and got a watch- Not a Samsung watch!! The trouble came after. In two months my credit card has been debited three times for a 'subscription' of EURO12.99- around R150 a time. An email is sent with an attached invoice written in Chinese, and my credit card is immediately debited. They have not responded to my emails telling them they are committing Fraud. I have had to close my credit card account.
