Bought bus yesterday 17 March as i sell at school and it was my 1st time buying there as my supplier didn't have stock.....luckily I like trying anything I buy to sell and this is what I found....yhooo am soo disappointed at shoprite Protea Glen

Wrong labeling-Protea Glen Mall
Hello,I purchased a Margharita Pizza Slice (R39.99) from your Protea Glen Mall store for my daughter. The label says “Margharita,” which should only contain cheese and tomato. However, when I got home and cut the slice, I discovered tuna/fish inside. She's allergic to fish I have photos, packaging, and price label as proof. I can't access their website Thank you

Very disappointed shame with your Protea Glen Mall store, Ordered R45 special 2piece and something in me said I must open it the chicken looked boiled instead of grilled also didn't see the extra BBQ sauce, told the lady and said it's there then she opened it and she agreed the kitchen staff "forgot " to put it,came back with brown marinade instead of sauce, why didn't they say they don't have,my thigh did have the skin on,like really who said we dont want it....While was waiting for my order a lady in black tshirt assumed it's a manager was busy at the front picking her nose in front of us,think she has flu but she shouldn't have done that,

Short pay
I got short paid and when i call finance they just drop my call,have no other ways but this I just need someone to explain to me why my leave days were not paid to me,and what was transferred to my bank is not what in my payslip

Cashier stole my receipt
Went to westgate shopping centre for the 1st time,with no one to help down there I assumed that's how it is,went on to purchase my ticket and the combo everything was in 2 because I was with my daughter, went up and the lady took my tickets but gave me 1 combo,and as I was watching the movie I realized noo man I was ****** and they hidden the other slip thinking I won't find out,to my surprise the lady told me they Don't offer refunds I just need to come back next time,it's my 1st time hearing a place that doesn't do refunds,also why didn't the lady tell me of the mistake I did but just take my ticket, so if I didn't come back she was gonna use my ticket or sell it to someone else,that's wrong and very wrong as the 1st timer,worst experience ever,even regret going there I should have went to Sterkinekor,It was my 1st and my last time,I wouldn't even recommend people who are taking advantage of 1st timers,can you please fix the part of no-Refund,am very disappointed shame
