Kfc fountains valley by the engen garage
This kfc has the worst service ever. The staff is so rude. For a drive through even if you they not busy , you gonna be the for over 45 minutes and this is a constant thing.

On the 23 Dec 2025 I walked into KFC and bight food by the self service kiosk then an sms was sent with my receipt unfortunately my phone went dead as I was walking around cane back to the shop saw Mam Zoleka explained my story she didnt waste no time she

Oh am very satisfied with the service I got today....Order a Brekkie and ice cream, there were some mistakes but the way they handled me is out of this world❤️Dorcus please keep it up darling you doing it right,this is what we want in the morning not attitude as if you been the whole day

Selling old stale dunked wings
Their dunked wings taste like last weeks burnt wings, they are so dry with no dunked sauce ALL THE TIMES. You go to any other KFC and you order dunked wings, they are so fresh, juicy and dripping of sauce. KFC PROTEA GLEN can do better. Stop selling burnt meat to customers!
