This kfc has the worst service ever. The staff is so rude. For a drive through even if you they not busy , you gonna be the for over 45 minutes and this is a constant thing.
Just waited for over 40 minutes for an order at hungry lion protea glen . The poor service and the staff just avoid you when u ask. Only once I asked for a refund was my order done
From being told the speed point doesnt work but other people able to pay coz they know people who work here, to being told to wait 8 minutes then another 15 minutes,then to further wait while orders come out. The service in this place is just horrible.
The reservation department at this place is the pits. Over 15 emails and countless calls about a refund they had said I can't get for canceling a reservation, then downgrading just so I don't cancel, they still have not refunded my money. It's them choosing to hang up and not answer my calls nor reply to emails after promising to do the refund. Dealing with them has just been frustrating.
KFC Carltonville has the worst service ever. Whether its during the lockdown or not, they advertise things when you want things, they don't have. When you ask them, they ask you what are they are supposed to do, I have spoken to Bertha, Connie and Amanda and they say we should deal with head office.
The service in this place is just something else. Every time. You ask for help and they ask you what is it that you expect them to do is there's only 1 person working, if they are short staffed can't they hire.
Protea Glen Mr price literaly has the worst service ever. Whether it's full or not you have to wait for longer.theres 5 tills but only 2 cashiers working worst ..
if you are not there to do a new contract , trust me ull sit there for an hour before anyone can assist or give u the rite information. I've never been so irritated in my life . went to this store today and told them what I was there to do and I was asked to take a sit. there was no client that wasn't being helped except me so everyone else came after me and found me sitting but to my surprise they were helped before me until I had to get up and ask what was happening. the guy said to me I'll help u in a minute let me just finish with her , he got up came to me and handed me forms and said I must fill them in them go and fax this was after about 30 min waiting , and then he went back to who he was helping, I went to him and asked why are u giving me wrong forms as I had explained . again he comes to me ( I keep referring to him and them coz none of them had name badges )and asks me to call their call center, so I ask why as this is just me bringing my proof of residence and Id so they can unlock my phone and then he goes kah they will help. okay I call them and then they ask to speak to him guess what he says, no but i told her she is in the wrong store she should go to the store next door. I took my phone hung up and left. in my sane mind I stayed in that store for an hour for something that I knew had to be done in the next store.
