Dear [Head Office / Customer Care Team], I am writing to formally complain about the extremely poor standards at your Marble Hall branch, which I have personally experienced on multiple occasions. Last week, I visited during a busy period, and the branch was in an unacceptable state: food and bones were left on tables and floors, and staff appeared irritated and unfriendly. I returned later that month around 13:00, and nothing had improved. This raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety. On the weekend, just after 09:00, I visited again to order the Munch Mix. The staff member was unprofessional and unfriendly, stating she had to check with the manager regarding stock. When she finally returned, my order was appalling: the lettuce was old, there was almost no sauce, the chips were partially frozen, and the strips were tasteless and smelled off. Attempting to take a photo was made impossible by the staff constantly watching me. I have been a regular customer at Hungry Lion in Gordon’s Bay and Strand, where food quality and staff friendliness are always excellent. The Marble Hall branch fails to meet the standards I expect from your brand and presents potential health risks to customers. I urge head office to investigate this branch immediately, address these serious hygiene and service issues, and take the necessary steps to ensure that customers are not exposed to unsafe food or poor service in the future. Placed an order from Hungry Lion Zevenwacht the past Saturday Did not receive all items then I proceeded to call to the call center agent just told me log a complaint on Uber, which I did not feedback I then went to hungry lion on Sunday and I told the manager even showing my receipt and she says I didn't pay for it although I have proof! Bad client service hungry lion, doesn't matter if the food is how wonderful the way you treat you clients is horrible.

I have made a complaint to hungry lion and went as far as submitting images of the quality of wings I had received and I had been advised of the 48hour period by the customer cause and I kid you not, no one has gotten back to me, what a ridiculous service I have received from such establishment, I am so disappointed

Had to wait a while to be served with cold (hard body style) chicken but what's worse was the Cold attitude of the Cash Cashier (lady in a grey shirt) at till 1. She needs to work at the back not at the till. The Teams service was so bad that even their Team leader or Manager had to ask why the non spicy chicken was not ready and if she should leave recieving the delivery in order to assist the in store customers. It's cashiers and service staff like those at Kempton park Hungry Lion who need to reapply for their jobs as they don't know why they were selected to work for Hungry Lion. Hungry Lion please put some Flame in those staff members they are clearly out of touch with your Values and Brand.
