I'm highly disappointed by, oneplan medical insurance. From being told the , matter has been resolved. When they loaded funds to my account, then telling me it's a mistake now I must pay. We attended by different consultants and never get a straight answer. I need to see the GP tomorrow yet I'm told I have rejected claims but on the statement it says approved. Honestly who is fooling who here? The person who told me it was sorted is Enoch Madi

My Mom had her blood, tests done by Toga Labs. When the results came back after a week or so, the Dr called panicking that my Mom should come urgently to see her regarding her results from the tests the Dr ordered. And they were done by TOGA LAB'S. The results indicated that my Mom has a kidney failure, and must be quickly rushed to Hospital and start Dialysis . A Nephrectomy Specialist was called, he was also surprised that my Mom was still alive with such results. He delayed assisting us I presume he thought my Mom will be Dead soon, and wouldn't want to also be questioned. The whole situation left us in a very bad emotional state , my Family were frantic thinking that my Mom is dying and also the Specialist ignored the whole situation. Because my Mom was suppose to be Dead, our GP was also panicking and worried about the whole situation. I insisted that my Mom should go to her urologist for further investigation. Cause I mean the Nephrectomy Specialist ran!!! The following day the Doctors rooms ( GP) called asking how my Mom was and telling her she must go to a different Lab to get the tests done again. Now at that time we still dealing with the Bad news thinking I might be seeing my Mom for the last time. Later in the day I get a message saying the Results where incorrect which I now refer to as LABORATORY MALPRACTICE, TOGA LAB'S is the worst because even now they say we owe them a certain amount of money. Forgetting the emotional damage they caused my family, I need them to be exposed for such torture. Long story short the results from the other Lab came back totally different and fine, the Urologist was also so furious. Just to think we had to go through all of this We were really EMOTIONALLY DISTRESSED
MTN WHY IS IT SO HARD FOR YOU TO PROCESS A CONTRACT CANCELLATION . SINCE SEPTEMBER LAST YEAR ITS BEEN THE SAME ISSUE GOING BACK AND FORWARD WITH YOU. OOOOH DON'T GET ME STARTED WITH YOUR CALL CENTRE ONE HAS TO HOLD FOR AN HOUR TO GET THROUGH YOUR "MTN CHAMPION" AND END UP NOT BEING ASSISTED OR GIVEN A REF NUMBER WHICH HELPS WITH NOTHING. NO WAIT EVEN WORSE AFTER HOLDING FOR SO LONG THE CALL GETS CUT OFF. THIS IS EMOTIONAL DAMAGE I FEEL LIKE IM BEING HELD HOSTAGE BECAUSE YOU FAILING TO CANCEL MY CONTARCT. CANCEL MY CONTRACT CANCEL MY CONTRACT Then again I get *****ed over Hi Khemy, We are so sorry for the delay in the cancelation of your contract. We have sent a follow-up request to our support team to advise, as cancelation was processed on 16/01/2023 but it failed on the network. We will provide you with feedback within 2-24 hours. ~ How many times must a person fight with MTN to process a cancellation?. I've been battling since September 2022.
