HORRIBLE Livers that were served, zero effort went into that
I bought chicken livers and rice meal, at Galito's in Boksburg The Square, WOW and what a let down it was. I mean the livers were just boiled in water and added to a gravy, no seasoning, flavour or even a sight that they were at least fried just pale, anaemic looking livers. My 14 year old can cook better than that. Even Fast food places must have some kind of standard, what i ate was just something else.

Lady at the till was just annoyed I found the staff eating and we were supposed to be served
Lady at the till was just annoyed I found the staff eating and we were supposed to be served. I think we disturbed them. We meant no harm. She is just mean and rude as well her name is K****tso. The manager walked to us while we were seated tryed to apologize. Then she was called to the table. She still showed no remorse. That's how she is. Sooooo terrible service at Galitos disappointing

Service and quality drop
At first the branch in Emakhazeni was good but since they went under new management the level of service has dropped, time is longer than before, quality of food in taste dropped and chicken is not cooked properly. They use to be more busy that Kentucky just next to them but currently u hardly see customers buying food there.

Substandard Service
Galitos Sandfontein R510 - When you order full chicken, you are given 8 pieces of chicken. You ask them politely not to cut the meat, they say it is how they sell their full chicken since uncut full chicken won't be ready in time. Despite telling them we don't mind waiting, it's just never going to happen. I've been to several Galitos, was never subjected to such lame excuse of not serving uncut full chicken. For years I've been patient, but what made the service worse yesterday it was when they said they no longer serve butters with rolls. Meaning you must eat them dry as they are. I believe there's a room for service improvement with Galitos R510.
