I bought chicken livers and rice meal, at Galito's in Boksburg The Square, WOW and what a let down it was. I mean the livers were just boiled in water and added to a gravy, no seasoning, flavour or even a sight that they were at least fried just pale, anaemic looking livers. My 14 year old can cook better than that. Even Fast food places must have some kind of standard, what i ate was just something else.
Vodacom Contracts is a **** and this is exactly why i will never take another contract with them. My contract ended on the 25 January 2026, I called to cancel my contract the cancellation was successful, they were supposed to debit for the last time on the 25th January which they didn't. I wasn't aware of that until Mid February when i received an automated call to say my account is in arrears. Today i go on the App to pay my balance i find the outstanding amount at +R900 i contact their call centre and i ask why was my account not debited on the 25th to my surprise Im told i didn't accept the Mandate to debit, Bathong! since when am i suppose to give you that when you have been debiting all these months and why don't i know about the mandate im suppose to give you, but it gets better now i am charged +R300 for invoicing. Invoicing for what? Apparently i agreed that they should invoice me. When did i agree to that? People do yourself a favour NEVER take a contract with Vodacom when they can't have a monthly repayment at the end of your contract they will find ways to suck you dry. If you already have a contract with them at the End of the contract cancel your contract and disconnect that sim card they are a ****. I had a contract with Telkom before i never experience this none-sense
Terrible Experience i have received from Makro & Value Express. Ive never been so frustrated in my life. Makro assigned Value Express to come collect my return item, this was scheduled to be collected on the 08th January, I've been calling Makro since the 12th to follow up on the collection and Value Express keeps lying to me and the agents from Makro that they will collect "Today" every damn day is "Today". I haven't been contacted by any of them for collection let alone received my waybill number all they do is make promises and never live up to them. Vuyo and Leroy/Louis are the ones who keep lying to me. I am stuck with this thing that is taking up so much space in my house. It may be the couriers fault but we buy from Makro not the couriers why do they do business with such service providers? If they know that they can't collect why lie... I am beyond disappointed and frustrated because, today is my last day being home for them to come and collect, i am truly upset and believe that they take people for fools because they know they not going to deliver. They are a bunch of *********** ***ards and because of this experience i will never buy anything from Makro online again. This is bull****
This afternoon around 16:45 while driving on the N1 South from Midrand Allendale, a First help driver registration KP 00 VR GP, who was driving on the yellow, switched from the in yellow lane into my lane without indicating and squeezed himself in,and almost scratched my car. Unapologetic he just sped off. This act is Firstly reckless and unnecessary. But most importantly, it's not a good image for the company. First help deals directly with motorists why would you do such an irresponsible thing driving a company car. I now know that should anything happens and need road side assistance they are the last people I would call. Word of mouth is also very powerful. He sped off and didn't care because he wasn't driving his car, but forgot the most important thing that is, he's representing a brand and a company that with good and well road behavior you promote and market your company but such behavior is something else.
In August i opened a business account at Nedbank assisted by Mthandeni, to which he did a great job. i was happy with his service. I was then assigned a business banker by the name of melissa whom since the inception of my account has never reached or called me to link my business account to my internet banking. I called Nedbank on the 1st to follow up, and the lady who was assisting me said she will notify melissa to give me a call, today its the 3rd, i still haven't received a call from her. I don't want her as my business account assistant can a serious person who is committed to their work be assigned so i can get linked. I need to access my internet banking.

On the 4th of January i went Mr. Price at Retail Park Boksburg to withdraw money that someone sent me from back home. I want to compliment Mmatshepo/ Mmathapelo my apologies i forgot which one is the correct name, for her efforts in assisting me without hesitation after the Manager/Supervisor said the service isn't active in the store but she took an initiative and said " Let us try, maybe it might work" Perhaps the supervisor might learn a thing or two from her. But Big ups to her, may she continue with her attitude it will get her far. And Thank you once again.
On Saturday i went to Piatto at Eastgate with a friend of mine, we ordered the 10 prawns and fries meal for R169. And they were bland and tasted like they were frozen, i tried putting their sauce to give it flavour but it didn't help. i told the waiter & she took them back. The Manager advised us to order something else because there isn't anything that can be changed. We changed our ordered the Sirloin & bacon sauce and My Goodness it was terrible, the meat looked & tasted like it was boiled and the sauce placed on top. The sauce was dense & soggy i had to remove it and that when i saw that the meat wasn't fried nor grilled. At that point i was over it because i was hungry. I was surprised because i've been to the same Piatto a couple of times and the food was really decent and light, hence i recommended my friend and I to go again, but i guess on Saturday the chef wasn't having a good day. No value for money there.
In 2022 i bought an electric blanket around July from Game at East Point Mall, Last year around June it stopped working, then i bought another one around that same time. Last night the one i bought last year stopped working. Im now stuck with 2 electric blankets that are not working. I have a friend who bought hers from Mr.Price Home 3 years back, till this day its still working. Game prides itself on low prices but seemingly the quality of their products is low too. In 2021 a friend bought a sound bar from Game, it didn't last even 3 months he had to return it. Its a trend with Game, I dont advise anyone to buy their products, i for one will no longer buy from them for sure.
I placed an order MAK6102268 online on the 14th Feb, which was for 3 items. And chose Germiston store for pickup. On the 16th Feb at 10:07 i received a text to say my order was canceled. I used the Whatsapp chat to communicate that the refund should not be processed as i needed the order for a function the next, i can take other items of the same value. (Nthabiseng) who assisted me at the time said she would escalate this to the store. Eugene then called & advised me that i should go to the store n they will credit me alternative items at the refund value. I got to the store and the supervisor told me that their isnt anything they ca do on their side, i asked to speak to the Store manager, and was referred to a lady called Mpho who apparently is the store manager who told me i will have to wait until the money is refunded because they cant issue out the items without finance reversing the funds, They called Grant who is apparently the finance manager, who told them that they cant help me and i have to wait until the money is reversed. I was angry but more so disappointed my Makro's customer service and this is why 1. I placed my order online, the system didn't indicate that there is no stock in Germiston, because i would have chosen something else. 2. This is NOT the first nor the second time my order gets messed up with Germiston. I once ordered 6 Icetropez MAK5703764 n my order wasn't processed i waited 50 minutes for the **** up to be fixed in 2022 i ordered MAK3736713 i received a wrong order. So this is very common with the Germiston store to mess up customers orders 3. We order online for convenience but Makro clearly has been failing me in that department. i have an event to attend and i needed these items. i have been in constant communication until i got to the store but no one was willing to be helpful, instead i had to be at the mercy of store's rules and it was to hell with my plans and order. Its total bull**** that as a customer i have to be inconvenienced due to people who are not doing their job. Customer complaints is supposed to assist customers best way possible not give them excuses and unfortunately responses. They took the funds and i dont have the items and no one was willing to be helpful. The standard has dropped and the online service is not serving its purpose which is CONVENIENCE!!!!
