I bought ×10 dunked wings from drive thru. Got home & find ×9 wings. Shame on you!
You will die from carrying heavy bags because they don't have big trolleys. If you need a big trolley you have to walk the whole of Menlyn mall looking for it. Now I have to buy from clicks & go fetch a trolley from woolworths.
A very big shout out to Tervin Pillay for his great customer service. When my car got written off, Tervin made the experience less stressful. The claim process was very smooth, most convenient, & amazing. I was updated with every step & there were no issues with regards to car hire.... & this is the reason I insured my newly purchased vehicle with Naked again. Thank you!
The food is always not satisfactory. Today I bought a 1/4 chicken breast, when I open the breast it's watery inside like a meat that was cooked frozen 🚮. Usually it's a lack of sauce 🚮
@insuranceshortfallclaims@wesbank.co.za & @vapsclaims@webank.co.za been dragging to settle a shortfall for my car because of a R3950 + R2995 that Naked insurance mistakenly paid into 1 of them. Now I had to pay for a car installment of R7341.78 for March & April & probably May & so forth & so forth, for a car that got written off...... because of them. This is emotionally draining & causing me unnecessary stress. I am not happy!!
I scheduled for a cancelation of a Sim with rain early December 2023, I was told I had to settle the balance end of Dec before they can cancel. It was not cancelled. I settle the Jan account, phoned them that's when it could be cancelled. Now, the installment for the previous account appears with the new account I have with rain & the telling me my account is "a use then pay later". How... how do I pay for an account end February that was cancelled end January. I requested to speak to the manager & they said he is not available.
I went to Matsamo Plaza to return an item, they refused to assist saying that I must go to Menlyn Park where I bought it, they even refused issuing a refund. The manager was also there, just standing and watching. It seemed like they don't even know how to assist regarding returning/exchanging an item. Poor & bad customer service.
I have 2 accounts with Finchoice. A short term with a balance of R10 600 & long term with a balance of R77 000. I deposit R10 600 in settlement of the short-term, then they decide to split the money to both accounts. #stupid financial team
